When your body is anxious, but your soul whispers "more..."

I just opened July Readings.

 

And with that, incredible excitement opened inside me, too —

June is the ending of not just a calendar month, but a longtime, ongoing conversation with my own alignment.

 

Behind the scenes, I’ve been co-creating a brand new website.

(It’ll be ready to share with you so soon!)

 

Not just updating… but starting from scratch, completely aligning (there's that word again) and listening to who I've become more deeply.

 

Dreaming it into form. Letting it become more of a mirror to where I stand now.

 

More honest. More current. More TRUE.

 

Because when we grow, our world around us has to grow, too.

Our homes. Our words. What we offer to this world.

The energy we sit inside every day.

 

They have to echo who we’re becoming —

Not who we used to be.

 

And I wonder if you’ve been feeling it, too?

 

That quiet pressure in the chest.

That sense that something’s changing — even if you can’t fully name it yet.

I was right there, when I began the want to tear my website down, which represented so much more, and start from scratch.

 

And again only a few short weeks ago.

 

Mother’s Day was coming, and with it, an experience I wasn’t expecting.

My mom’s absence — still so present in Spirit — came in heavy like a boulder that wanted to rest on top of me.

And anxiety slammed me against the wall. I'd never felt it like this.

That hard, breath-stealing kind.

The kind that curls your mind into a storm you can’t think your way out of.

The kind that doesn’t care how long you’ve been healing — it just wants to be felt.

 

And in that moment, I reached for the only thing that works for me when nothing else does.

 

The exact practices I’ve poured into Quick Calm.

 

This isn’t a product. It’s a lifeline.

Fascia, breath, nervous system, Spirit — all woven together.

It’s not about “managing” anxiety — it’s about meeting it,

and teaching your body how to lead you back home.
