To Move Beautifully is to connect within yourself on a deeper level, to organize your body Movement from the inside out and to allow it to come to the surface to beautifully express all that you are.

Sessions with Lauren will help bring your body out of pain and imbalance and into deeper alignment and strength.

Healing Movement Sessions

We're inviting a slower pace that allows for more freedom and spaciousness in your body.

In these intimate Sessions (no more than 6 women), we will dig deeper into the workings of your own personal body through my developed method.

We begin with a body and soul check in, followed by a variety of meditation, education, therapeutic Movement, Pilates and continuous Pelvic Floor work.

Healing Movement Sessions are led by your nervous system and breath. You will reset your nervous system and feel a nourishing meditative state throughout your experience.

You will know your body in new ways, begin to link why you are feeling certain ways in your body, and feel deeper, more easeful strength.

Healing Movement Sessions are a way to pause and reset your body, mind and entire system through breathing and exercise.

Your work in your Session is designed to guide your mind and body connection to continue implementing these newfound layers of connection and strength, even after you depart.

Sessions may include work on the Springwall, Ballet Barre and/or on the Mat. Sessions are different each attendance and geared towards exactly what you are experiencing each individual day. 


Singles and packages of 4 are available. Session dates are first come first served and can be reserved after the purchase of your single Session or package.

Sessions last 75 minutes, with no more than 6 women. You may sign up for as many or as few as you like!  

 

Favorite ways women attend these Sessions:

~ 2x per month- Once every other week to feel a general reset/deeper awareness of your body

~ 1x per week- To keep your system beautifully balanced, continuously strengthening & growing

~ 2x per week- To bring your body into it's most aware, aligned, strong, pain free, balanced self OR to start/rapidly progress your body and pelvic floor journey

Some women begin by attending 2x per week, then taper as they go. Others start slowly and feel such a shift, they decide to attend more often. Only you know what feels best for you!

All Sessions take place in my private sanctuary studio in Charleston, SC.
